Mouse C57 Brain Sagittal Paraffin Sections | MP-201-SS-C57 | Zyagen
Tissues are fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, embedded in paraffin blocks, sectioned at a thickness of 5 microns and mounted on positively charged slides (2 sections per slide). Paraffin sections of tissues from mice perfused with 4% paraformaldehyde or buffered formalin are also available upon request, contact technical service for availability. Paraffin sections are shipped in tightly closed slide boxes or slide mailers at room temperature and are good for one year if properly stored. Applications:
Applications: Paraffin tissue sections are prepared in RNase-, protease-free environment and are ideal for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.
